  1. I am already a customer, how can I enter?

    First of all, thank you for the trust placed in us. To register you have to fill in the form on the registration page and wait to be validated by our Customer Service. We will activate the account within 24 h and provide login credentials.


  2. How do I order?

    To place an order you need to be registered with the platform. Login to purchase spare parts and learn about promotions reserved for you. Register here


  3. How long does the spare part guarantee period last ?

  4. I cannot find the article I am looking for, what should I do?

    There are thousands of articles in our catalogue. For more information please send a request for a detailed estimate with info on the article needed complete with machine serial number and any photos to customerservice@oparts-shop.com.


  5. What can I do if I received a non-conforming product?

    If you have a non-conforming product we recommend checking the case studies and how to return a product on our page Terms and Conditions of use.


  6. How can I return a product?

    Before starting return proceedings we advise checking whether the occurrence is included in the cases under the item “Returns and Refunds”. For info on return methods always visit the page: Terms and Conditions of use.


  7. I want to report a problem, what should I do?

    If you have had problems using the platform you can describe the technical problems had on the platform in the Help page.


  8. Payments

    You can choose between two payment methods: by bank transfer in advance or by credit card. Our website uses Nexi, a secure, certified payment system for international transactions.


  9. How can I cancel or change an order?

    To remove articles or orders contact customerservice@oparts-shop.com specifying the order number in order to chek if the items have not yet entered the shipping process.


  10. I have forgotten my password, what can I do?

    Don’t worry, it happens! Visit our sign-in page and click on "Forgot your password?" and follow the instructions to reset it.
